🔍 About the Role

We are looking for a detail-driven finance professional to manage Plant MIS, Costing, Budgeting, and Insurance operations. This role plays a critical part in plant financial performance tracking, cost optimization, compliance, and decision support for plant leadership.


🧩 Key Responsibilities

📊 Budgeting & Management Reporting

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to collate and analyze annual budgets
  • Identify outliers, perform variance analysis, and present insights to Plant Management
  • Drive budgetary controls through ERP systems
  • Prepare weekly conversion cost forecasts and monthly performance reports
  • Support Capex budgeting, evaluation, and post-implementation reviews

💰 Cost Analysis & Insights

  • Analyze material price trends and highlight abnormal movements
  • Track slow and non-moving inventory and ensure corrective actions
  • Monitor and follow up on cost-saving initiatives across plant functions

📘 Monthly Closing & Audits

  • Ensure timely monthly plant closing in compliance with accounting standards
  • Prepare and present Plant MIS to HO finance and leadership teams
  • Support statutory, internal, and cost audits
  • Lead quarterly stock takes, reconciliations, and inventory adjustments

🛡️ Insurance Management

  • Prepare and submit monthly insurance declarations
  • Perform insurance adequacy checks and manage refunds
  • Coordinate and follow up on insurance claims


🎓 Qualifications & Experience

  • CA / CMA qualified
  • 2.5 – 4 years of experience in Plant Finance / Manufacturing environment
  • Strong exposure to Plant MIS, Costing, Budgetary Control, and Audits
  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems & Advanced Excel
