Deputy Manager -Casting Development

Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd Responsibilities & Key Deliverables Roles and Responsibilities - Study of pattern inspection report and design review of part models - Work closely with the foundries to setup roboust process for full mould casting - Visiting casting suppliers to ensure process parameters and ensure FTR casting - Drive new product development (NPD) methoding support to foundries for FTR casting- Provide technical guidance to methoding engineers, pattern makers, and simulation specialists- Understanding of effectiveness of the raw material used for making CI & DI - Perform root cause analysis for recurring issues, and collaborate on corrective and preventive actions.- Basic knowledge of NDT testing (DPT and UT)- Knowledge for Heat Treatment (Annealing and Normalising)- Basic Knowledge of stamping process (Sheet Metal)- Knowledge of casting simulation software will added advantage- Experience in Full mould process would be prefferablePreferred Industries AutomobileEducation Qualification ADC in foundry Technology/diploma in metallurgy/mechanical (Regular)General Experience Min 3-5 years in Foundry Organisation
