Role Overview
Recruiter with 8-10 years of experience is responsible for end-to-end recruitment, ensuring the organization attracts, hires, and retains high-quality talent across departments. This role partners closely with hiring managers to meet current and future hiring needs while delivering a positive candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle across multiple roles and departments
- Source, screen, and assess candidates using job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and direct sourcing (e.g., Boolean search)
- Conduct structured interviews to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit
- Coordinate and manage interview processes with hiring managers and stakeholders
- Maintain accurate candidate data and documentation in the ATS
