Generate actionable insights by analyzing data from multiple sources (DMS, IMAXX, parts, warranty, training, process, sales) to drive performance improvements.Conduct root cause analysis (Why-Why) and ensure timely implementation of corrective actions for continuous improvement.Maintain IMAXX as a best-in-class telematics solution by enhancing features and logic aligned with global benchmarks.Resolve telematics-reported customer issues promptly to maximize vehicle uptime and customer satisfaction.Deliver training programs for field teams, customers, and fleet managers on IMAXX usage and benefits.Adopt industry best practices and integrate innovative solutions to enhance customer experience.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product Development, Technical Experts, Training) to refine IMAXX logic and improve service quality.Support dealer and field teams in achieving road-ready vehicles using telematics insights.Develop and manage digital platforms and mobile apps for seamless customer and dealer engagement.Monitor uptime targets proactively and ensure superior customer satisfaction through continuous support.Manage Imaxx control room and team membersEscalation of issues or error codes which is irrelevant to customer vehicle operationMaximization of proactive concern logging and it's resolution through imaxx control roomPreferred Industries
Education Qualification
General Experience Degree in Automobile Engineering / Mechatronics / Electronics / Mechanical 4–8 years in automotive industry with expertise in data analytics, telematics systems,and digital transformation. Hands-on experience with analytics tools (advance excel,SQL, Python, Power BI) and EMS diagnostics. Critical Experience
