About The Role
We are seeking a talented and experienced Data Visualisation and UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team in Pune or Bangalore. This hybrid role involves creating compelling, user-friendly data visualisations and ensuring an exceptional user experience across digital platforms. The individual will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex data into engaging and informative designs.
What you’ll do
Data VisualisationDevelop interactive and visually appealing dashboards using Power BI and other relevant tools.Translate complex datasets into intuitive charts and graphs.Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity in all visual outputs.UI/UX DesignDesign user interfaces for web and mobile applications with a focus on usability.Conduct user research and usability testing to refine designs.Collaborate with developers for seamless UI/UX integration.CollaborationPartner with data analysts, developers, and product managers to understand project goals.Communicate design concepts effectively to diverse stakeholders.Continuous ImprovementStay abreast of industry trends in data visualisation and UI/UX.Recommend and implement enhancements to existing designs.Who you are
Holder of a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, HCI, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s preferred).Experienced in data visualisation and UI/UX design with a strong portfolio.Skilled in Power BI, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma.Knowledgeable in usability principles, user-centred design, and information architecture.Familiar with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.Excellent communicator and collaborator.What skills you will learn
