Experience : 8 to 10 Years.
Job Purpose :
The job involves driving business growth in EMS segment within the Chennai region. The role involves developing new accounts, managing existing global / local EMS customers, and ensuring strong engagement for design-level and volume business.
Key Activities :
Develop and execute sales strategies to grow business with global EMS customers in South India.
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall regional growth.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at EMS companies.
Identify new business opportunities and drive design-in activities.
Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Logistics, and Customer Service) to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide insights for business planning.
