Profile Overview
Post - Deputy Manager- Electrical Maintenance
Location: Chinchpada Silvassa
Reporting To: Plant head/Maintenance Head
Key Responsibilities
Plant Maintenance Expertise
Troubleshoot and maintain sensors, encoder’s VFDs, servo motors, drives, PLCs, and HMIs, actuators, solenoid valves.
Prefer Knowledge of Siemens PLC, HMI & Servo motors, Servo Drives.
Must have knowledge in new electrical panel wiring and electrical panel modification.
Ensure smooth functioning of integrated automation lines with minimal downtime.
Utility Section Oversight
Excellent knowledge & maintenance experience of Transformer, DG sets, compressors, central fire plants, HT,LT Lines, APFC Panels, circuit Breaker’s Switch Yards and switch gears
Must have knowledge & troubleshooting expertise in HSD, & Gas fired burners.
Monitor energy consumption, power factor and optimize efficiency of utility systems.
Ensure compliance with statutory and safety regulations....
