Experience in performing engine COP test.
Ensuring Emission Compliance
Ensuring Plant wise internal COP Compliance Audit
Ensuring External COP Compliance without ECOP.
He must have experience in passing COP testing at ARAI & ICAT.
Product & Process Knowledge/ Analytical skills.
Engine assembly & Testing Knowledge.
Experience of COP test equipment’s.
Conducting COP testing with government agencies.
Knowledge of SAP.
Raising capex for maintaining COP equipment’s & its upgradation.
COP testing data collection and its analysis.
Driving improvements with first time right approach.
Knowledge of 7 QC tools, statistical tools / APQP/FMEA/PPAP /SPC/ MSA
