Responsibilities
- Complete responsibility of the coal sampling from the different sources.
- Complete responsibility of timely and precisely preparation of the coal sample.
- Ensure the analysis of the coal samples as per Adani SOP
- Monitor and control of the all the operational and quality parameters of the coal samples.
- Responsibility of the 100 % availability of all the equipment of coal sample preparation and analysis instruments.
- Heat balancing of the plant coal quantity according to the available GCV of stock pile and fired coal GCV.
- Cross verification of the GCV between two different bomb calorimeter instruments and repeatability and reproducibility to be insured.
- Timely calibration of the all the equipment relating to the coal analysis.
- Administrative control of the Associates i.e M/s Geo Chem.
- Processing of the contractor bill within the time period without error.
