Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Deputy Manager Human Resources to lead and manage Labor and Employee Relations initiatives across India operations. This role reports to the Head of Human Resources and requires strong expertise in labor laws, union management, dispute resolution, and workforce engagement. The role demands the highest standards of confidentiality, compliance, and ethical conduct.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Labor & Employee Relations strategy across India operations
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and union agreements
  • Manage union relationships, negotiations, wage agreements, and settlements
  • Drive employee engagement, discipline, morale, and performance culture
  • Establish effective grievance handling and conflict resolution mechanisms
