About this Role


We are seeking a Technical Lead for Workforce Identity and Access Management (WIAM) Operations to provide L2 application support and technical leadership for the WIAM platform. This permanent role, based in Pune, focuses on cloud migration, automation, infrastructure upgrades, and vulnerability management. The individual will collaborate with cross-functional teams, support deployment activities, and drive continual service improvement in a dynamic, multinational environment.

  • Maintain the availability and health of WIAM applications in production and pre-production environments, ensuring adherence to defined KPIs.
