Role Summary
Process Engineer
Key Responsibilities
- Scale up of cost initiative process of existing products from lab scale to plant scale which are involves lab demo, what if trial, lab trails and execution of development and validation batches.
- Monitor R&D experiments & suggest modification for process development.
- Preparation of PFD, P&ID, Equipment suitability, HAZOP, risk assessment, mass balance etc.
- Preparation of PFD, P&ID, Equipment suitability, HAZOP, risk assessment, mass balance etc.
- Suggest & prepare subsequent versions of MFR based on the trail batch taken Review of all project related documentation like MFR, e-BMR, Risk assessments.
- Prepare technical reports based on the trials taken if necessary.
- Execution of process development initiation in bulk products for capacity enhancements, solvent recovery and yield improvement.
