DEPUTY MANAGER-INTERNAL AUDIT

Job Responsibilities:-

-Knowledge of Tenders, BOQ, BBS & Working Drawings. 

-Knowledge of cost control for a large contracting company or Developer.

-Good Knowledge in Quantity Estimation of all Items which includes Earthwork, Concrete, Shuttering, Steel, Masonry, Plaster etc. & Finishes Items

-Good Knowledge in Bar Bending Schedule for Steel Calculation 

-Good Knowledge in doing the Reconciliation of Materials such as Concrete, Steel, Cement 

-Candidate shall be knowing the Cement Consumption Factor of all the items wherever cement is applicable 

-Candidate shall be knowing the Factors such as kg / sqft, cum / sqft on built up area 

-Good Knowledge in Contract Conditions (Pre & Post Contracts) 

-Good Knowledge of all parts mentioned in IS Code 1200 for mode for measurement

-Good communication/ interpersonal skills 

-Good knowledge of best practices on MEP - construction industry 

-Conduct regular site visits to check the BOQ specification & Quantities at PAN India level
