Job Description
Design and execute learning and development initiatives to support employee growth.Collaborate with departmental heads to identify training needs and align them with business goals.Develop and deliver employee engagement programmes to enhance workplace culture.Monitor the effectiveness of learning initiatives and make necessary improvements.Manage budgets and resources for training and engagement activities.Coordinate with external training vendors to provide specialised learning solutions.Maintain records of training programmes and employee participation.Act as a point of contact for all learning and engagement-related queries.The Successful Applicant
A successful Deputy Manager, Learning & Engagement should have:
A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Proven experience in learning and development or employee engagement within the industrial or manufacturing sector.Strong knowledge of the ceramic industry and its workforce dynamics.Excellent project management and organisational skills.Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams effectively.Proficiency in utilising learning management systems and training tools.A results-driven mindset with a focus on employee growth and satisfaction.
