Job Description
1. Production Management & Efficiency:
- Monitor production output, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions to optimize efficiency and minimize downtime.
- Optimize resource allocation, including labor, equipment, and materials, to maximize productivity and reduce costs.
- Improve Work efficiency
- Implement lean manufacturing principles (e.g., 5S, Kaizen, Kanban) to drive continuous improvement.
- Analyze production data and metrics to identify trends, areas for improvement, and potential issues.
- Oversee and optimize equipment maintenance schedules and strategies to ensure reliability and longevity.
2. Quality Assurance & Control:
- Ensure all manufactured products meet established quality standards and specifications.
- Implement and maintain robust quality control procedures throughout the production process.
