Job Description

  • Oversee manufacturing operations and shop-floor activities.
  • Ensure production targets are met in line with quality and cost standards.
  • Implement lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and operational excellence initiatives.
  • Manage production planning, resource allocation, and capacity utilization.
  • Drive reduction in wastage, rework, and cycle time.
  • Coordinate with quality, maintenance, and supply chain teams.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO, IATF, safety, and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead, coach, and develop production supervisors and engineers.
  • Support new product introduction (NPI) and process improvements.
