Shift : 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM.
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Deputy Manager – PTP to lead and oversee end-to-end Procure to Pay operations. The ideal candidate will bring strong hands-on expertise in PTP accounting, proven people management capabilities , and the ability to effectively coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end PTP operations , including invoice processing, payment management, and posting of journal entries
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of PTP executives , ensuring accuracy, productivity, and SLA adherence
- Review and approve vendor invoices, payment runs, and accounting entries
- Perform and review vendor reconciliations and manage escalations
- Ensure compliance with GST and TDS , including review of calculations, deductions, and statutory filings
- Drive month-end and year-end close activities
- Identify and implement process improvements , internal controls, and standard operating procedures
- Act as a primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and external vendors
- Support internal and external audits and ensure compliance with organizational policies
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in end-to-end PTP / Accounts Payable, including minimum 3 years of team handling experience.
- Strong hands-on exposure to PTP invoicing, payment processing, and journal entries
- Sound working knowledge of GST and TDS
- Experience working with ERP systems (SAP preferred)
- Proven people management, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
