Job Title: Deputy Manager – PTP (Procure to Pay)

Location: Noida

Work Schedule: 5 Days Working

Shift : 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM.


Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Deputy Manager – PTP to lead and oversee end-to-end Procure to Pay operations. The ideal candidate will bring strong hands-on expertise in PTP accounting, proven people management capabilities , and the ability to effectively coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee end-to-end PTP operations , including invoice processing, payment management, and posting of journal entries
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of PTP executives , ensuring accuracy, productivity, and SLA adherence
  • Review and approve vendor invoices, payment runs, and accounting entries
  • Perform and review vendor reconciliations and manage escalations
  • Ensure compliance with GST and TDS , including review of calculations, deductions, and statutory filings
  • Drive month-end and year-end close activities
  • Identify and implement process improvements , internal controls, and standard operating procedures
  • Act as a primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and external vendors
  • Support internal and external audits and ensure compliance with organizational policies


Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in end-to-end PTP / Accounts Payable, including minimum 3 years of team handling experience.
  • Strong hands-on exposure to PTP invoicing, payment processing, and journal entries
  • Sound working knowledge of GST and TDS
  • Experience working with ERP systems (SAP preferred)
  • Proven people management, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
