Work Schedule: 5 Days Working
Shift : 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM.
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Deputy Manager – PTP to lead and oversee end-to-end Procure to Pay operations. The ideal candidate will bring strong hands-on expertise in PTP accounting, proven people management capabilities , and the ability to effectively coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee end-to-end PTP operations , including invoice processing, payment management, and posting of journal entries
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of PTP executives , ensuring accuracy, productivity, and SLA adherence
Review and approve vendor invoices, payment runs, and accounting entries
Perform and review vendor reconciliations and manage escalations
Ensure compliance with GST and TDS , including review of calculations, deductions, and statutory filings
Drive month-end and year-end close activities
Identify and implement process improvements , internal controls, and standard operating procedures
Act as a primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and external vendors
Support internal and external audits and ensure compliance with organizational policies
Requirements
8+ years of experience in end-to-end PTP / Accounts Payable, including minimum 3 years of team handling experience.
Strong hands-on exposure to PTP invoicing, payment processing, and journal entries
Sound working knowledge of GST and TDS
Experience working with ERP systems (SAP preferred)
Proven people management, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
