Deputy Manager - Production

Position : Deputy Manager Transformer Production Location : Vadodara Education : Min Qualification : Bachelor in Electrical Engg Experience : 4+ years of relevant experience in oil type transformer manufacturing, having detailed knowledge & understanding of transformer manufacturing process upto MVA / KV. Exposure : Key Responsibilities of the role Ensuring % compliance to safety, quality & HR policies in the shift while supervising the Operators to get the targeted output. Supervising and managing team of Operators on the production line, ensuring maximum output in the shift. Plan and coordinate with other stakeholders on daily basis to ensure availability of resources (material, manpower etc) in the shift.
