Title of the Job: Deputy Manager
Experience required: 4-5 years – preference for candidates with experience in listed companies
Key Activities in the job:
- Consolidation
o This will be key role
o Preparation of quarterly/annual consolidated financials
o Co-ordination with all the subsidiaries, their auditors, group auditors
o Need required skill for this activity because this is time sensitive job which involves many team members across different geographies
o Quarterly forecast of consolidated financials
o Preparation of quarterly results along with cash flow, segment reporting
o Preparation of consolidated financial statements along with notes, cash flow
o Fully responsible for consolidated financial statements
- Compliance
o FEMA compliances for ODI transactions
o Annual returns under ODI regulations
o Filing of transfer pricing report, CBCR, master file
- Preparation for board meetings – presentation, analysis, back-ups
Key Deliverables of the job
- Timely completion of quarterly consolidated financial statements
Effective co-ordination with all the relevant team members and auditors in the group
- To resolve audit matters by discussing with respective teams
- Ensure timely submission of all related compliances, returns, filings etc.
