Responsibilities

Execute and supervise LT & HT electrical works for residential and commercial projects.

Manage internal & external electrical fixtures, lighting layouts, and installations.

Handle switches, accessories, and home automation systems.

Coordinate electrical works with civil, interiors, marbles & granites teams.

Liaise with consultants, contractors, and vendors.

Ensure quality, safety compliance, testing, and commissioning.

Support BOQs, billing, and project documentation.

Requirements

Diploma / BE / BTech in Electrical Engineering.

10–17 years experience in real estate / construction projects.

Strong knowledge of LT & HT systems, lighting, and home automation.

Good site coordination and communication skills.
