Position: Deputy Planning Engineer – Solar Power Plant
Location: Jaisalmer (Rajasthan)
Experience: 3-8 Years
Qualification: B.Tech / B.E. (Engineering)
Role Overview:
The Deputy Planning Engineer will be responsible for project planning, scheduling, monitoring, and control activities for solar power plant projects. The role involves developing detailed schedules, tracking project progress, preparing MIS reports, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning & Scheduling
- Prepare L1, L2, and L3 project schedules using Primavera P6 and MS Project.
- Define project scope, milestones, and deliverables in coordination with engineering, procurement, and project management teams.
- Develop baseline schedules and update them periodically based on site progress.
- Monitor critical paths, float analysis, and schedule variances.
