Overview

Supporting the Program Manager and taking over the Program Manager's tasks during absence.


Responsibilities

  • Manages and controls all activities within the project, including:
    o Budget
    o Personnel
    o Activities of the technical and administrative departments
    o Environmental protection measures
    o Occupational safety
    o Quality assurance
    o Follows company procedures as well as DIN, EN, UVV, VDE, and ISO standards

  • Qualifications

    Required education:

  • Completed business administration training with at minimum a Bachelor´s Degree or higher in business, engineering or architectural disciplines
  • Or documented five (5) years of experience in project management and facility operations, preventive maintenance, repair, construction services, and equipment maintenance and repair.
  • Operational experience in facility management

  • Required professional knowledge (that was not acquired during education) as well as abilities and experiences:

  • Extensive knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications
  • Possession of a valid Class B driver's license
  • Languages:

  • Oral fluency and literacy in English level 4 and in German level 4
