MAF (Mission Aviation Fellowship) uses aviation and technology to bring help, hope and healing to isolated people in need. Our work in Arnhem Land supports remote Indigenous communities through vital air services and mission partnerships. Now, we’re looking for a dynamic and mission‑hearted Deputy Programme Director (DPD) / Programme Operations Manager (POM) to help lead the charge!

One of these places is Arnhem Land, a historical region of the Northern Territory of Australia. It is also a vast wilderness area, defined by rocky escarpments, gorges, rivers and waterfalls. MAF has served the people in Arnhem Land for over 45 years by sharing God’s love through aviation and technology. To continue providing this valuable service we need an Operations Manager.
