The Otipemisiwak Métis Government is seeking Deputy Returning Officer(s) (DRO) to assist with the upcoming Provincial Women’s Representative By-Election, and District Council Elections for Red Deer, Calgary-Nose Hill, and Wabasca-Desmarais Métis Districts. These are temporary honoraria-based positions to work polling stations on February 22, 2026. Deputy Returning Officers are required to attend mandatory training, staff a polling station during the dates specified, and must be available to return election materials and take part in follow-up meetings on the days following the vote.
