Role & responsibilities

1. Client Care & Consultation

• Conduct thorough consultations: history-taking, examination, diagnosis, and care planning.
• Educate clients on lifestyle choices, aftercare, and prevention to improve outcomes.
• Ensure client satisfaction through clear expectations, regular follow-ups, and progress reviews.
• Refer clients to specialists where clinically indicated.
• Maintain before-and-after photographic records for all clients.

2. Clinical Practice & Procedures

• Administer dermatology, cosmetology, and trichology procedures with precision and care.
• Apply strong clinical judgement to select appropriate treatments.
• Monitor outcomes and adjust treatment plans where required.
• Prescribe suitable medication and skincare products.
• Ensure compliance with medical laws, guidelines, and clinic SOPs.
