    Hospital Employed

    Starting Salary: $450,000 base, plus wRVU Production Incentive once physician meets MGMA median threshold

    PTO – 30 PTO days (includes vacation, personal, & sick) plus 7 holidays and 3 CME

    Sign-on Bonus: $25,000

    Paid Relocation up to $10,000

    Annual CME allowance up to $3,000

    Malpractice Insurance

    Health Insurance: 85 percent paid for individual, family coverage available at additional cost

    Dental Insurance: Fully paid individual policy, family coverage available at additional cost

    Life Insurance: Amount equal to one-times earnings up to a limit of $150,000 (additional coverage available at employee’s expense)

    Eligibility to participate in the Medical Center’s 403(b) and 457(b) plans
