Responsibilities for Master Data Management

Working with key stakeholders, MDM specialists to understand MDM requirements, integrate master data from disparate systems, and quality standards.

Using MDM suite of tools to design, develop, optimize, and support MDM for various domains.

Manage the master data management hub around data modelling, data mappings, data validation, hierarchy management, business rules, workflows, match, merge, survivorship, UI design or configuration, and distribution processes.

Planning or coordinating and managing appropriate code or configuration include functional and technical specification documentation, operational guidelines, and resolving errors and failures for MDM solution.

Provide ongoing support, training, and enhancement for the MDM solution.

#LI-UNPostJob Requirement Qualifications for Master Data Management

Solid understanding of Master Data Management concepts, principles, techniques, best practices, and domain (Customer, Organization, Location, Product, Supplier, Vendor, Material).

3+ years of hands-on experience working or implementing MDM tools and platforms (on-premises/ cloud hosted or SaaS) such as Informatica MDM, STIBO, Reltio, Syndigo, etc., using best practices and methodologies.

Proficiency in developing data models, business rules, workflows, and user interfaces for MDM applications.

Prior experience in data migration and integrating data from various sources and ensuring data quality and integrity.

Proven ability to work independently with cross-functional team or working business teams to understand and meet data requirements and standards.

Experience in testing, debugging, and troubleshooting MDM solutions and resolving data issues.

Knowledge in data engineering and cloud technologies, and proficiency in programming languages such as .Net/Java/Python/SQL, etc.

Knowledge in Agile/lean development and familiarity with DevOps and Test-Driven development concepts.

Flexibility in learning and adopting new technologies, tools, frameworks, and platforms.

Certification in master data management tool/ technology or related fields will be an added advantage.
