Qualifications
- Experience with ServiceNow;
- Knowledge in Field Service Management (FSM);
- Proficiency in ServiceNow platform: Client Scripts, Business Rules, UI Policies, Flow Designer/Workflow Editor, Glide API/JavaScript, and development of scoped applications (FSM runs in a scoped application);
- Familiarity with specific FSM modules: Work Orders/Work Order Tasks, Dispatcher Workspace, Agent Workspace, Skills & Certifications, Parts and Asset Management, Scheduling & Optimization.
- Fluent English.
