The Design Administrator will be flexible and work effectively in a fast‑paced environment, providing support to the Design Department. This role includes ensuring comprehensive communication and efficient flow of all required paperwork between the Sites and the various Home Office departments.
Your contributions to the team:
- Providing administrative support to the Design & Development teams
- Creating Purchase Orders, Sub‑Contracts, and CO’s for engineers and other external stakeholders
- Collaborating with other departments to maintain company policies and procedures
- Printing and binding project drawings and specifications for permit and construction
