A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Power Systems Modeling Design Engineer
Position Type: Full Time (Contract)
Duration: 12 months
Location: Everett, WA
As a Power Systems Modeling Design Engineer, you will:Work with Electrical Power Systems engineering and adjacent groups to establish program, system and sub-system support of Electrical Sub-Systems team in areas of Aircraft Power System Modelling and Simulation. The person will be responsible for assisting team members with modelling and simulation of the aircraft power system, active and passive power conversion equipment, motor controllers, electric motors and generators, power distribution and protection equipment. The person will perform all necessary simulation work to assess system power quality, characterize failure modes of the equipment and the power system, and to design and validate system protections.
