Qualification:

Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) with relevant experience in workplace, commercial office, or large-scale campus projects. Strong academic background from premier architectural institutes will be an added advantage.

Job Description:

• Support and lead design management for Green Building Architecture, Campus Master Planning, and Corporate Fit-out Projects.

• Manage the full design cycle -concept, schematic, detailed design, and GFC - ensuring design intent, quality, and coordination.

• Review and optimize drawings, BOQs, and specifications across Architecture, Civil, and Interior works.
