Design Asset Rollout

I have an existing banner design in an Adobe Illustrator package file. I need an experienced designer to roll this design out into several additional sizes.
The design must remain exactly the same. No changes to layout, fonts, colours, or creative elements. The task is strictly resizing and adjusting placement as needed so the artwork fits each format correctly.
