Design Assistant

We are looking for 'Design Assistant' to assist in design and production coordination in our Garment Lines.

Responsibilities

• Develop original and innovative design concepts that meet buyer needs and align with brand aesthetic.
• Arrange samples for photo shooting.
• Liaise with the warehouse team to manage and track stock lot orders.
• Oversee quality control, ensure timely deliveries and maintain smooth sublimation production flow.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma holder in related field.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) and garment construction.
• Fluency in English, Mandarin and Malay to facilitate effective communication. We are looking for Mandarin-speaking candidates who will be serving Mandarin-speaking customers.
• 1 - 2 years of experience in garment production industry.
