Design Associate - Interior Design | Delhi NCR | Full-time | Work from Office

This is a senior, execution-led interior design role for someone who wants real ownership, not cosmetic responsibility. You will lead multiple projects end-to-end, guide junior designers, take site-level decisions, and act as a reliable extension of the Founder.

If you are looking for a drawing-heavy, comfort-zone design role, this is not it.

What You Will Do

• Lead 3–4 interior architecture projects simultaneously across design development, procurement, and execution.
• Own timelines, coordination, and delivery quality.
• Review drawings, 3Ds, and SketchUp outputs from junior designers.
• Ensure alignment with:
• A strong India-modern design language.
• Practical construction feasibility.
