William Charles Construction, a MasTec Company, is seeking an experienced Design Build Manager to join our team.
This role can be based in Indiana or Missouri.
The Civil Construction Design Build Manager oversees the planning, design, and execution of civil construction projects.
The role involves coordinating between design and construction teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
The manager leads project teams, communicates with stakeholders, and ensures compliance with regulations and safety standards.
The successful candidate must be a good forward planner and an excellent motivator, able to manage large teams with different goals and enable them to work together to produce a coordinated and coherent design.
They need strong people skills, the ability to present ideas effectively, and to evaluate the ideas of others.
