Overview
The Design‑Build Superintendent oversees the safe and efficient execution of field operations for commercial and industrial projects ranging from
$250,000 to $10 million . Position requires a strong focus on project specifications, drawings, and industry standards while coordinating daily with the Project Manager and subcontractors. Project Superintendent must be capable of leading company expectations and initiatives thoughout their team.
Responsibilities
Essential Functions/Major Duties:
Supervise/perform general construction activities as assigned.
Manage subcontractors and hold accountable for safety, quality, schedule and budget.
Coordinate with the Project Manager on the site activities, status, issues, etc.
Manage and settle onsite disputes. If unable to resolve onsite, notify the office immediately.
