Position: Design Co-ordination Engineer

Reporting To: Project Manager (PM)

Qualification & Experience

  • Graduate in Civil Engineering
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in design co-ordination
  • Experience in industrial structures is preferred
  • PEB (Pre-Engineered Building) structures experience is mandatory

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate between internal teams and external design consultants
  • Review and manage civil and structural design drawings
  • Identify, interpret, and resolve design conflicts
  • Follow up with consultants to ensure timely design clarifications and resolutions
  • Ensure designs are aligned with project execution requirements
  • Maintain proper documentation and design records
  • Communicate effectively with project stakeholders for smooth coordination
  • Report progress, issues, and updates regularly to the Project Manager

Skills Required

  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Ability to analyze and resolve design discrepancies
  • Good understanding of PEB and industrial construction practices
  • Proactive and detail-oriented approach
