What you will be doing
This role will support the HVMG Design & Construction/Operational teams by providing analytical and administrative support in planning, implementing and monitoring Property Improvement Plans (PIP's), Capital Projects and New Build Developments. This role will also:
Support the HVMG Design & Construction team in the execution of D& C projects, due diligence tasks and project estimates. Provide administrative support to the Operations leadership team in planning, scheduling, and implementing Operational assignments and projects.
Additional Responsibilities
Renovation & New Build Activities Update budgets as new proposals/bids are received for PIP or new development budgetsCoordinate with Project Managers to update and verify project budget forecastsProcess, track and approve invoices through the accounting platformBecome proficient in Rivur (HVMG’s customized web-based port...
