CC Consulting has partnered with a local West Chester construction company to assist them in finding their next leadership team member.
We are looking for an experienced leader who brings strong design judgment, technical expertise, and leadership to high-quality residential projects. The ideal candidate is confident in managing multiple projects and serving as a trusted design partner to both clients and internal teams.
The Design Consultant is responsible for leading residential design projects from initial concept through project completion. This role oversees design development, documentation, client coordination, and cross-departmental collaboration.
Compensation
- Salary Range: $70,000 to $85,000
- 401(k) with 4% company match.
- Health Benefits: The company pays 40% of the premium.
