Role Purpose:

Lead the site engineering team to coordinate smooth conversion of consultant’s design drawings to economical & workable shop drawings.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

1. Production and checking of workshop drawings to a high technical and presentation standard in a timely manner.
2. Review/prepare Tech submittals for submission to the consultant, keeping records to facilitate follow-ups in order to achieve a status.
3. Studying Tender construction Drawings and maintain a marked up set indicating approved changes together with date and reference.
4. Maintain a technical submittal status KPI.
5. Recording and correct distribution of all formal instructions from the Architect/Consultant/Engineer.
