Design Coordinator

• Oversee assigned projects to ensure timely and accurate execution of installation works.
• Coordinate with the Construction Manager regarding project requirements, issued For Construction Drawings, and contract conditions.
• Attend client coordination meetings to discuss project progress, requirements, and updates.

Site Inspection & Readiness

• Conduct pre-construction site inspections to determine readiness for handover and installation.
• Prepare and submit punch lists when the site is not ready for mobilization.
• Prepare site inspection reports with accurate and timely documentation.
• Prepare materials and equipment lists for client approval before mobilization.
• Conduct pre-mobilization inspections with the Project-in-Charge and complete the pre-mobilization checklist.
• Ensure proper turnover of plant facilities for installation activities.
