Design Coordinator (Interior Design)

- Responsible for scheduling, execution, and quality control of approval/schematic, detailed, & IFC design & drawing packages.

- Responsible for creating, updating, and maintaining DWG registers for review by designers & project managers.

- Work alongside senior/designated designers, conduct site visits to ascertain IFC conditions, organize surveys with site teams, and represent the technical team at client meetings as required.

- Pursue personal skill development by researching correct details, overseeing technical problem solving, and raising concerns, queries, or solutions to designers and/or clients via workshops and RFIs for consideration and implementation within a project.

- Conduct quality control over deliverables developed by draughtsmen reporting to them, and contribute to fostering a positive, productive, and ambitious design studio.
