This position blends residential design, client consultation, technical drawing, and project coordination. Acting as the bridge between Sales, the homeowner, and Field Production, the Design Coordinator ensures every project is: ✓ fully developed ✓ technically sound ✓ aesthetically cohesive ✓ aligned with the Basements Plus mission of Creating Raving Fans This role is responsible for developing detailed CAD plans, refining designs, preparing selections, coordinating with trade partners, managing change orders, and generating all documentation needed for a successful production handoff.
