Design Documentation for Luxury Hospitality and Residential

We are a growing design documentation practice based in central Bangalore, supporting leading international studios on luxury hospitality and residential projects across the UK and Europe. Our work focuses on high quality design intent drawings, technical documentation and BIM delivery for some exceptional global projects.

As part of our team you will work closely with international architects and designers, translating refined design concepts into detailed and buildable documentation. This is a production focused role within a collaborative, quality driven studio environment.

About the Role

We are looking for Architects or BIM Technicians with 3 to 5 years of experience and strong technical skills. You will be part of our Bangalore drafting team, preparing detailed drawings and BIM models using Revit and AutoCAD, and contributing to coordinated packages from concept through construction.

You will work full time from our Bangalore office and report to the Project Architect and the founders.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce detailed design and construction documentation in Revit and AutoCAD.
• Translate design intent drawings into accurate and coordinated technical information.
• Review and quality-check documentation prepared by team members.
• Resolve design and coordination issues in collaboration with the broader project team.
• Work to UK and international standards, including familiarity with relevant building codes.
• Support client meetings and contribute to project communication and reporting.

Required Skills and Experience

- A degree in Architecture is mandatory

- Three to five years experience in an architecture or documentation team

- Solid understanding of construction detailing, joinery and technical coordination

- Experience with UK or EU projects is preferred but not essential

- Proficiency in AutoCAD, and familiarity with SketchUp, Enscape or Lumion

- Fluency in English, written and spoken

- Ability to work full time from our central Bangalore office
