Job Description
Direct responsible for Mass Planning, Platform Planning and Upper Body Planning. It is required to understand, Market requirements, Design concepts, countries regulations (Emissions, Safety ), etc., to plan, to execute and support the design development from technical view point following the schedule established. It is required to understand entire vehicle performance.
**Main responsibilities**:
Mass Vehicle calculation based on countries regulations and design concept.
**Lead Design changes related to**:
- Engine Compartment & Under Floor based on clear understanding of platform concept.
- Upper Body, mainly when than 3 different team are involved.
Discuss Performance concept changes like Emissions, Fuel Economy, Aerodynamics, Safety, etc with direct responsible groups.
Report, explain and support Chief Vehicle Engineer regarding design changes from technical view point to take a final decision.
Planning creation.
Value Optimization systems contribution.
