Job Description

Key Skills:

  • Proficiency in shell plan development, including layouts for core structural elements

(walls, columns, slabs, etc.).

  • Experience with architectural coordination and MEP integration in shell/core designs.
  • Strong knowledge of building codes, structural loads, and safety standards.
  • Have a good knowledge for preparing shell plans
  • CAD/BIM software expertise: AutoCAD, Revit, SolidWorks, or Rhino.
  • Familiarity with structural analysis tools (e.g., ETABS, SAP2000, STAAD.Pro).

Typical Responsibilities:

  • Create and interpret shell plans for buildings or infrastructure projects.
  • Work closely with architects, civil engineers, and contractors to ensure buildability.
