We are seeking a Mid-Level Design Engineer for a full-time position based in Coimbatore. The candidate should possess 4 to 6 years of relevant work experience. The role involves utilizing advanced design software to contribute to the development and improvement of engineering projects. Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience as a Design Engineer with a minimum of 4 years in the field.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and CATIA (Mandatory skill).
  • Strong knowledge of ANSYS for analysis and simulation to ensure robust design solutions.
  • Experience with Revit for developing detailed architectural design plans and models.
  • Capable of performing Finite Element Analysis (FEA) to predict how products react to real-world forces.
  • Comprehensive understanding of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) for precise engineering drawings.
  • Expertise in 3D Modeling to visualize and design complex structures and components.
  • Excellent analytical skills to troubleshoot design issues and develop innovative engineering solutions.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and create detailed design layouts and technical drawings using AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and CATIA.
  • Conduct thorough analysis using ANSYS and finite element analysis methods to ensure product reliability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize product designs and implement improvements.
  • Maintain up-to-date design documentation and generate detailed reports for project stakeholders.
  • Ensure designs are compliant with industry standards and regulations for safety and performance.
  • Participate in the prototyping and testing phases to validate design effectiveness and address issues.
  • Utilize Revit for architectural design tasks, ensuring cohesive and functional project layouts.
  • Provide technical support and guidance throughout the entire design and execution process.
