The Design Engineer for Product Cost Optimization (PCO) supports the execution of cost‑reduction initiatives across two main workstreams: Design Change and Resourcing. This role performs engineering analyses, supports technical validations, prepares documentation, and collaborates with cross‑functional partners including Procurement, Quality, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain.

The engineer is responsible for conducting feasibility studies, evaluating technical proposals, supporting engineering changes, assisting in supplier transitions, and performing validation activities when required.
