We are seeking a Design Engineer on a contract basis, who will be responsible for creating detailed 3D models and assembly drawings using SolidWorks.
The focus of this role is on the design and development of complete chassis systems, chassis components, chassis cabs, and various other mechanical parts.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in mechanical design and be highly proficient in 3D solid modeling.
This position involves collaboration with the shop floor to verify fit and function, ensuring accurate translation of designs into physical components. Timeliness and accuracy of designs are critical to meet project deadlines.
+ 4 day work week - onsite Monday - Thursday
+ 40 hours a week
